My 21 year old daughter recently moved to Allendale for college. We come from a small town where we have our trusted mechanic, but in this situation it was not an option. We contacted Velocity Motors to see if they could help out. Let me tell you, I feel 100% confident in Velocity. They were quick, honest, and friendly. They explained the issue and the fix was under $200. Fox, where she purchased her 2021 vehicle, was quoting close to $1,000. I try to support local whenever I can, and I am happy we did. Thank you Brent and Andrew!!! We will for sure be sharing our loyalty to Velicity from here on out.

Very disappointed. We had an intermittent fault so I have sympathy But it felt like bait and switch. We made it clear a $2k+ price tag was not in our budget, to be told about $1200. Low and behold the quote was over 2k to maybe fix the problem. Alot of time and $200 wasted
