Took 3 weeks to just figure out what was wrong with our car, that's a long time to go without. I'm sure the work itself is fine but expect ridiculous wait times. Very unhappy. Ended up picking the car up because it was taking to long before they did any work and still paid 250.

The itemized list that comes with pictures when they do the inspection is particularly helpful. Their customer service staff is excellent!

Very professional, courteous, and timely. Never had any issues with them. We recently brought our car in for new tires and rotor turn, and they found a way to have a loaner car for us to use until the next day. It's a smaller dealership, but they offer just as much if not more than any other larger one. They are typically quicker as well. Very happy with the service.
