Well, I wanted to give the service manager a chance to fix my latest issue before posting my story but I feel that ample time has passed without anyone reaching out or offering apologies. I have had pretty good interactions with Velocity up until I brought my truck in to have the steering pump replaced since it squeals horribly. The tech replaced the reservoir instead of the pump and the issue of the squealing persisted. I mentioned my disappointment to the service manager who then cut off communications with me. I reached out one more time to figure out where the tech had left the key to my truck (it wasn’t in the truck during after-hours pickup, I had brought the spare key) and still didn’t receive any communications. I understand things happen and issues may not get resolved but not receiving any sort of ‘hey, sorry we screwed up’ or helping me figure out where my lost key is really making me reevaluate my previously positive opinion of this shop.

They did a great job for a reasonable price.

140 dollars to tell me my car is not worth fixing when others will do it for free they will never get my businee
