Purchased my vehicle from them about a month ago. Jeep Liberty was what I bought, we had asked for coolant changed and flushed and rear defroster fixed. Defroster just recently broke again and when I had a friend who owns a shop change my oil and fix the defroster the right way he said my coolant was extremely low and looked extremely unlikely that they flushed it. When I went to pick up the car the receptionist was the rudest person I've dealt with in a long time. I also had to get a new license plate for the vehicle which I wanted shipped to the shop because my driver license still had my Lansing address on it. The same rude receptionist actually shipped my plate to my address in Lansing without calling me. I then had to waste my time and money and drive all the way back to Lansing to pick my plate in a day to avoid driving on an expired temp plate. Would highly not recommend.
Zach, I can't apologize enough for your experience. We try hard to provide a great experience for our customers and it is personally painful for me as the owner of our dealership to hear anyone had a bad one. I did check again with our technician and the coolant flush was definitely completed the day you picked up the vehicle. It is possible there was some air in the system and the level lowered over time, but regardless we'd be happy to compensate you financially for any costs incurred with that and the rear defroster. The license plate was clearly our mistake and I personally apologize for that mistake as well as any rudeness you encountered here by any of our employees. Please call me (Brent) at 616-710-5598 to discuss where I can send a check to reimburse you for any out of pocket costs.
