This shop is terrible.. I'll never go back again.. they had my vehicle for several days, just to run the same way, after almost $1,000 dollars later.. waste of money..
They have my vehicle for about a week now.. I'm not too sure what to think about this shop.. I'll be able to tell more once I see how the work is done..
Brought my car in for a check engine problem. They thought it was O2 sensor but couldn’t get it to throw the code again while testing. They didn’t want to waste my money if it wasn’t the problem. I took the car home and the light came back on the next day. I brought it back in and they had it fixed in less than hour. They are very honest and only fix what needs fixing. They also make you feel very comfortable while waiting.

I could not recommend Velocity enough! Their service was outstanding with very clear communication the whole way through. The report on my car's inspection was thorough and detailed, with pictures included. I had a great experience being able to use a loaner car while mine was being worked on as well. I will definitely be returning to Velocity!
Great people. Got a tire by morning and had it on and ready to go early the next day. Will use them for the other new tires.

These guys are great! Unless I have to go to the dealership for warranty work, I take my vehicle's to Velocity! I have found them to be very honest and affordable!
